“Generally disappointing.
Late change of hotel. Alternative offered no tea making facility , Spanish only , limited tv channels, poor shower pressure. However, once original hotel is offered, should improve.
The little train if the Pyrenees quite disappointing .quite pleasant enough, but far from spectacular journey.
Tour management excellent.

“We have been on this tour a number of times and it has never disappointed. Our tour manager Gordon was exceptional, the family run Hotel at Tiefencastel has a homely feel about it and the food was excellent. Bernina Express was the highlight of the week.
