West Highland Line

Renowned for the beautiful views it offers, the West Highland Line runs from Glasgow's Queen Street Station to Mallaig and Oban on the West Coast of Scotland. Easily one of the most scenic routes in Britain, the line was voted the 'Top Rail Journey in the World' by readers of Wanderlust Magazine in 2009 and 2010. Highlights of the beautiful West Highland Line include the Clyde Estuary, Ben Lomond and also the Falls of Falloch.

Edinburgh & The Highlands by Steam

Mrs Doris Wellstead
5 stars
“Even with the Covid pandemic this tour was excellent. Graham the Tour Courier was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The Ibis hotel in Edinburgh was not up to standard, would have been better in a Premier Inn. Atholl Arms hotel was very good, would have preferred all meals in hotel.

“Excellent holiday in many respects, especially the 2 full days in and around Morar. The 2 hotels could have been better, as the Holiday Inn in Glasgow had very limited dining facilities- leading to a 20 minute walk in pouring rain to find somewhere suitable to eat. The Morar Hotel is beautifully situated but totally disorganised.
