“I enjoyed a wonderful 5 night stay in the Ascot Hotel, Douglas, where the food was superb - the vegetable lasagne was the tastiest I have ever had in a restaurant. The holiday was very well arranged and held together by a wonderful tour manager, Caroline, who went out of her way at times to ensure we learnt so much about the island. The coach driver David was a mine of local knowledge too. A very nice gesture was Caroline ringing as many of her 38 strong flock as she could to introduce herself before we had left home. Without doubt this was the best short holiday I have ever experienced.
