“Excellent trip. Staff at Grand hotel so efficient kind and caring. Always cheerful.
Food was amazing. Rooms very clean ..hot water at all times, tea coffee and biscuits refilled every day.
Only one complaint. Room103 was too noisy. Next to seats outside station, anti social behaviour at night.
