Contact Centre Assistant
A successful Contact Centre Assistant should be an excellent communicator and possess solid influencing skills including listening, questioning, empathy and rapport building.
This position will work 22.5 hours per week as part of a rota provided 1 month in advance and will work between the hours of 8.30am and 8.00pm Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm Saturday and 10.00am - 4.00pm Sunday. This position will include Evening, Weekend and Bank Holiday working and flexibility may be required at times. Additional hours may be available in busy periods.
