Customer Relations

A lot falls under the remit of the Customer Relations Team; from analysing and responding to customer feedback, monitoring the satisfaction levels each holiday achieves and then, when needed, turning the feedback into deliverable plans to bring about business improvement.

Part of the Team's role is also ensuring Health & Safety and legal protection are clearly understood and met on all of our escorted holidays.

Each member of the team is responsible for their own section of our tour programme, to allow them to spot trends, and along with responding to customer feedback they'll then handle any insurance claims and potential legal issues.

A calm disposition and organization is key in this role, as is an ability to manage lots of data, as there'll be a lot of Customer Service Questionnaires and Post-Tour Feedback to collate.
