Days 1-2

To Bilbao

Today you board your flight from the UK to Bilbao, transferring to your hotel. On Day 2, you enjoy a walking tour of this iconic Basque city before an afternoon at leisure when you might like to visit the famous Guggenheim Museum.

Day 3


This morning you continue along the Pilgrim's Trail to historic Burgos. Upon arrival, embark on a guided tour of the city, finishing in front of the Cathedral, which you are free to enter at leisure.

Day 4


Today you continue your journey along the historic Way of St James to Léon. Arriving in the afternoon, you then embark on a guided tour, taking in the marvellous Cathedral and one of the only Gaudi buildings outside of Catalonia.

Santiago Cathedral
Days 5-7

To Santiago

Board the train to the city of Santiago today, the final destination on the Pilgrim's Trail. On Day 6, you embark on a guided tour of this traditional Spanish town, taking in the inspiring Cathedral building that marks the final resting place of St. James. On Day 7, you take the rail service to the Spanish capital of Madrid, where you are free to begin exploring this afternoon or relax in the hotel.

Day 8


Today begins with a guided tour of wonderful Madrid, both by coach and on foot. The afternoon is then at leisure before you enjoy some traditional Spanish cooking in a local restaurant for dinner.
