Day 3 – Unspoilt Broadway and the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway to elegant Cheltenham

After breakfast, your coach takes you to Broadway this morning. A pretty village named the 'Jewel of the Cotswolds', you have some time at leisure to discover its lovely High Street. The atmospheric journey through the countryside showcases some spectacular scenery and views of the Vale of Evesham on the way to Cheltenham.

You're at leisure over lunchtime in the delightful spa town. Known for its heritage and architecture, you could join a walking tour to see Cheltenham's most interesting buildings and monuments. Or, you could seek out one of the many beautiful parks in the town and spend the afternoon relaxing. It's the country's only inland funicular line and is also one of the steepest. After lunch, your group joins the Severn Valley Railway. The 16-mile route follows the winding path of the River Severn, with views of remote valleys that can only be seen by rail.
